What is the return policy for innerwear items?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear (briefs, trunks, panties). However, outerwear and leisurewear can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other locations across India, depending on your pin code.
Are there any shipping charges for online orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a specific value as mentioned on our website banner. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
