Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear including briefs, trunks, and panties cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all brand tags, hangers, and promotional material included in the original box.

• 3.
  Pickup and Verification

  Our courier partner will arrive for a doorstep pickup within 48-72 hours; please ensure you collect the physical or digital acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment mode or bank account within 7-10 business days.
